Removing a load-bearing wall
A closed-off kitchen or a dark front room is often one wall away from the open space you want. If that wall is load-bearing, it is holding up part of the house above it, so it cannot just come out.
We put in a structural beam to carry the load the wall was holding, take the wall out, and finish the opening with trim and paint so the room is ready to live in. Our crews and sub-contractors are insured, and we don't leave until it is finished and done correctly.

- Yes. A load-bearing wall holds up part of the house above it, so it cannot simply come out. We put in a structural beam to carry that load, and then the wall can go.

- It depends on the wall, what it is carrying and what runs through it. Estimates are free, and we get back to you within 24 hours.
- Do you take on smaller jobs like trim and paint?
- Yes. New floor, trim and paint, a closet, a built-in or an accent wall are all work we do.
